At Tiffany & Co., I led the development of My Tiffany, a refreshed employee well-being program launched on World Health Day. In partnership with DEIB, Internal Communications, and Total Rewards, we took a holistic approach - supporting mental, emotional, physical, and financial health, while strengthening connection and belonging at work. Our strategy focused on equitable, personalized access to resources and reducing stigma around mental health, with the goal of positioning well-being as a performance enabler.

With My Tiffany, we’re integrating a DEIB approach into our well-being offerings, prioritizing equitable access and working to reduce stigma surrounding topics such as mental health.

Following Mental Health Awareness Month, we are excited to announce a new partnership with Thrive Global, the behavior change technology company founded by Arianna Huffington. By partnering with Thrive, we now offer science-backed solutions and simple steps employees can take every day to reduce stress, build mental resilience, create better habits and improve their personal connections and sense of belonging at Tiffany & Co.

EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE, INCLUSION & CULTURE BUILDING

In 2025, My Tiffany was recognized in the “Innovative Integration” category of the Health at Work Awards, presented by ComPsych, the world’s largest provider of mental health services.
