In 2022, Shannon conceived, developed, and launched Tiffany Atrium, the company's social impact platform advancing opportunities for historically underrepresented communities in the fine jewelry and creative fields through three pillars: Creativity, Community, and Education.

To mark the launch, Tiffany commissioned American visual artist Derrick Adams to create an original artwork, "I Shine, You Shine, We Shine," from which the Tiffany Atrium logo is derived. Proceeds from the artwork's auction benefited The Last Resort Artist Retreat, an artist residency founded by Adams to provide healing and restoration to Black artists and cultural workers.

Since its founding, Tiffany Atrium has awarded over $3 million in scholarships to HBCUs, mentored more than 200 students, supported critical arts nonprofits, and provided platforms for emerging artists.
